DHS actively works to uplift these communities by creating access to skills development, career pathways, and sustainable employment opportunities within the hospitality and service sectors.

Through strategic initiatives and collaborations with platforms such as PROPPY App and MITRA, DHS supports the development, training, and placement of individuals from underserved backgrounds, enabling them to transition into meaningful employment and long-term careers.

All community-focused initiatives under this mandate are implemented through ADHS, which is solely managed by SJ Services, ensuring structured governance, accountability, and effective program delivery.
